An honest look at what we collect and why.
When you visit reckon.works:
That's it. No cookies, no localStorage, no fingerprinting across days.
Aggregate traffic counts. How many people visited, from where, and whether a campaign link brought them in. We use this to decide what to write next and to see if a workshop launch is working.
The daily hash rotates every midnight Amsterdam time. Aggregate counters (paths, countries, referrers) sit in memory on our self-hosted dashboard and in one JSON file that resets at midnight. Nothing about you is retained across days.
Under GDPR you can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Since we hold no individual record past the current day, "delete" is effectively immediate for anything older than 24 hours. Email lets@reckon.works.
You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We don't set cookies and we don't run fingerprinting scripts. The consent banners you see on most sites exist because those sites load ads and cross-site trackers. We don't.
