Custom AI tools and integrations

Internal tools that fit the way your team already works.

Most AI tools fail not because the model is wrong, but because they live in a tab nobody opens. We build small, sharp tools that sit inside the workflows your team is already running. Weekly demos. Real adoption.

A few sharp tools beat one giant platform.

When a team comes to us asking for an "AI strategy", we usually find that what they actually need is two or three small tools that quietly remove the worst friction from a real day. We build those.

  • Internal Claude apps. Tools that live where your team already lives, tuned to the way you actually write, code, plan, or sell.
  • Agents that use your tools. Browser agents and desktop agents that read the docs, hit the APIs, and turn a recurring task into a button.
  • Custom dashboards. Live views into the data your team makes decisions on, with AI summaries you can trust because they cite their sources.
  • Integrations into the stacks you run. Slack, Notion, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM, your CI. We connect them to AI without forcing a migration.
  • Voice and chat interfaces for back-office work. Internal helpdesks, on-call assistants, knowledge bases that talk back instead of returning a list.
  • AI-assisted coding setups for engineering teams. Repo-aware agents, structured prompts, and the practices that make code review still mean something.

Two-week discovery. Working software every Friday.

We don't start with a roadmap. We start in the room. The first two weeks are a discovery sprint where we sit with the team that will use the thing, observe how the work actually happens, and write a one-page brief with a clear go or no-go.

After green light, we build in short sprints. Working software demoed each week to the people who'll use it. No big-bang launches, no surprise releases. The thing earns adoption because the people using it shaped it.

  • Discovery sprint, two weeks. Workflow audit, technical reckoning, one-page brief, go or no-go.
  • Build sprint, four to eight weeks. Working code each week, demoed and used in real conditions.
  • Run, ongoing. Hand-off to your team or a small monthly retainer. We sunset honestly when a thing has run its course.
A small tool people actually use beats a platform people avoid.

Some honest guardrails.

  • We won't run six-month consultancy retainers without working software.
  • We won't add an AI feature to a product that has a workflow problem upstream. We'll flag the upstream problem first.
  • We won't ship a tool we don't believe will be used. If the discovery sprint shows that, we say so and don't quote.
  • We won't lock you to one model provider. We pick what fits your privacy, latency, and quality bar.
  • We won't outsource the work. The team scoping the project is the team building it.

Practical answers, before you ask.

Is this an "AI integration partner" thing?

Yes. If you're a team that needs a partner to take Claude (or another model) from sandbox to working tools your team uses every day, that's the role we play. We are model-agnostic but Claude-native by default.

What does it cost?

The discovery sprint is a fixed price. Build sprints are quoted per scope. We share rough ranges on the first call so neither side wastes time. No hourly billing.

Do you do MVPs for startups?

Sometimes. We work best with founders who've already validated the problem and need someone to build the AI-side of the product fast. We don't do speculative MVPs.

Can a Reckon Day lead to a build?

Often. Roughly a third of our build engagements start with a Reckon Day that surfaced something worth automating. The day is the cheapest way to find out whether building is the right move.

Do you work with agencies or other studios?

Yes, under non-compete terms. If you're an agency that needs an AI engineering layer for a campaign or product, we can sit underneath your brand or co-credit, whichever fits.

Got an idea worth automating?
