The morning is a real audit, the afternoon is a real build, and the wrap-up is each person leaving with a clear first move for Monday morning.

We start with how your team actually works, not how you think you should be using AI. Together we map workflows, name where time goes, and honestly assess which model for which job, which tool for which task. No hype. No guilt about what you haven't tried yet.

Your files, your tools, sleeves up
Live demos, then everyone tries it on the files and apps already open on their laptop. Meeting transcripts turned into structured minutes. Browser tasks automated end to end. Internal docs into search interfaces. Code reviewed and refactored. We stay one step ahead, you stay deep in your own context.
Block three · Practice
Until it sticks
You repeat the patterns with your own work until the muscle memory forms. We map each person's takeaways into a one-page reference: what to try first, what to ignore, what's worth a deeper look later. Every attendee leaves with a clear first move and a system to keep going.

A Reckon Day works best when there's a real team in a real room with real work in front of them. Founders, ops, marketing, design, finance, engineering, support, all welcome. The day is bilingual when needed (Dutch, English) and we tune the depth to the room.

It works less well for one-off keynotes or ceremony. If you want a talk, we do those too, just email us. A Reckon Day is for the day after the talk.

How big a team can a Reckon Day fit?

Best between four and twelve people. We can stretch up to twenty with two facilitators, and run two days back-to-back for larger groups.

Do you need our actual files and accounts?

Yes. The day works with your real work, not a demo. We sign an NDA up-front and nothing leaves the room except your own outputs. We can run inside your tenancy if security requires it.

What does it cost?

Custom quote per team, excluding BTW. The price reflects team size, sector, and workflow complexity. We send a one-page proposal after a thirty-minute intake call.

Where do you run a Reckon Day?

On your site, anywhere in the Netherlands or accessible parts of Europe. We bring the format and the kit. You bring the room and the team. Eindhoven HQ if you'd rather come to us.

What follow-up is included?

Two scheduled follow-up calls in the four weeks after the day, plus async support over email. We also send a one-page reference per attendee, mapped to what they actually do.
