Hands-on AI

Three ways to get your team hands on AI, none of them a slide deck.

A three-hour workshop in our Eindhoven studio. A one-day on-site for your team. Or a six-to-seven day retreat in a remote location. Pick what fits, we'll handle the rest.

Most people haven't reckoned with AI yet.

Someone on your team uses ChatGPT for emails. Someone else ran a prompt workshop that felt like a college lecture. The tools are everywhere, but the confidence isn't.

The real gap is between curiosity and capability. Between "I should use AI more" and actually opening it at 9am on a Tuesday with your real work in front of you, and knowing exactly what to do.

Most AI training starts with the tools.Ours starts with your work.

The tools come second, and they stick because you know why you're using them. A reckoning is an honest look at what's there and what's possible. Each Reckon. format runs through the same five steps, the 5 R's: recognize where you are, reckon with what you want AI to do (and not do), refine with hands on real work, reflect on what stuck, and run a practice that keeps going. The shape of the format changes. The cycle doesn't.

Before you ask, you might be wondering.

Which format fits us best?

If you're an individual or new to AI, the open workshop is the lowest-commitment way in. If you're a team and you want everyone to share the same toolkit by the end of the day, that's a Reckon Day. If you're a leadership team or a small org and AI keeps getting pushed off the agenda, a retreat is the only way to actually face it.

We'll help you pick. Email us with what your team's working on.

What tools do you teach?

Today: deep work in Claude (apps, projects, agents), browser agents, desktop agents that connect to the tools you already use, and coding agents for teams with developers. AI moves fast, so we frame these by category, not brand. The point is to learn how to think with these tools so you can pick up the next one without starting from zero.

Where do you work?

Open workshops happen at our studio on Strijp-S in Eindhoven. Reckon Days happen on your site, anywhere in the Netherlands or accessible parts of Europe. Retreats are off-site (next one: Madeira). We can also do remote follow-up sessions after any in-person work.

Can you mix formats?

Yes. A common pattern: a Reckon Day to align the team, then a series of remote sessions for specific roles, then a retreat once a year for leadership. We'll quote what fits.

Do you also build AI tools for clients?

Yes. The studio side of Reckon. builds custom AI tools, integrations, and voice installations. If a Reckon Day surfaces something worth automating, we can build it. Read about Reckon. Studio.
