What you'll do

A workshop is just three turns of the cycle.

The afternoon runs the full 5 R's, compressed into three hours. The shape is simple: an honest look at where you are, a set of decisions about what AI should do for you, and then a long block of doing it. We're in the room the whole time.

  • Recognize. A quick honest map of how you work today, where time leaks, and what AI you've already tried (or quietly given up on).
  • Reckon. Decide what you want AI to do this afternoon, and what you don't. Pick the workflow that matters.
  • Refine. The long block. Hands on Claude, browser agents, automations, whatever fits the job. We sit next to you when you're stuck.
  • Reflect. Twenty minutes to mark what landed, what didn't, and what you'll try first thing tomorrow.
  • Run. You leave with a one-page reference that you actually use, not a slide deck you forget.
Who it's for

Curious to capable, in one afternoon.

Designed for individuals: founders, freelancers, marketers, designers, ops people, students, anyone with their own work and a real reason to use AI on it. Beginners are welcome. We tune the depth to the room.

Not the right fit if you want a passive talk or a marketing demo. You'll be working in this workshop. That's the point.

Do I need any specific tools or accounts?

Just a laptop and a piece of real work you'd like to try AI on. We provide everything else for the duration of the session.

Why three hours?

Long enough to actually try things. Short enough that you don't lose the afternoon. We've found three hours is the sweet spot between a demo and exhaustion.

Where is it?

Reckon. Studio, Torenallee 30-02, Strijp-S, Eindhoven. Five minutes from Eindhoven Central by bike, ten by foot.
